First the old lining is removed by heating the product in the oven in order to debond it. While hot, the old lining is then chisled off. |

The next step is to sandblast the product which is done with our Steel Shot Blaster machine. |

||||||||||||

Next the product is dipped in a rust inhibitor paint which keeps it from rusting in the future. At this time bonding is applied to the product. However, sometimes the product is already precoated. If so no bonding needs to be applied. |

After the lining has dried for 24 hours it can then be put in the oven again to finish bonding. This produces the final product. |
