Dover Brake was founded in 1975 by a man named Dubie McCoy. At the time, Dubie supplied many trucking and mining companies. His son, Paul, took over the business in 1985. With 25 years of truck driving under his belt, Paul knew what he was doing when it came to brakes and trucks in general.

As the years went on Dover Brake evolved from a brake service business into a company that handles almost anything dealing with trucks.
